Responsibilities

• Run machines used for packaging
• Set machines before each production run
• Keep an eye on equipment during shifts
• Spot and fix minor issues fast
• Do quality checks on finished items
• Clean and keep equipment in good shape
• Log basic production info when required
• Work alongside other team members
• Follow health and safety steps every day
• Flag bigger problems to maintenance team
• Support with basic tools and setups
• Stay alert to any faults or changes in process
• Join team briefings and report on any delays
• Handle tasks safely and quickly under time pressure
• Help keep the workspace organized and tidy

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Diploma in technical or mechanical studies preferred

Experience

• Some background in factory work is helpful
