A full-time opportunity has opened up at New World Feilding for someone to join their Storeroom and Inwards Goods team. It’s a hands-on job that keeps you moving, with early morning starts from 6 AM, Tuesday to Saturday. You’ll be unloading stock, organising deliveries, moving products around the storeroom, and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s fast-paced, physical work that requires solid attention to detail and a good attitude. You’ll need to be comfortable driving a forklift and reach truck in a busy space. If you’ve worked in warehousing or retail before, that’s a bonus — but they’re happy to support someone who’s reliable, ready to learn, and has the right licenses. Job Title

Storeperson and Inwards Goods Team Member.

Responsibilities

• Unload and check off deliveries coming into the store.
• Unpack and sort items for retail team to stock shelves.
• Use forklift or reach truck to shift heavy items and pallets.
• Move and arrange goods based on store needs and layout.
• Keep the storeroom clean, safe, and well-organised.
• Scan and process stock accurately into store systems.
• Communicate with team about any stock issues or delays.
• Handle deliveries that arrive early or late, with flexibility.
• Follow all food safety and health protocols.
• Track incoming product and maintain records.
• Manage packaging waste and assist with recycling.
• Keep stock in correct rotation (first in, first out).
• Report any damaged or missing goods.
• Support shop floor teams with extra stock during busy times.
• Take ownership of daily targets and contribute to team productivity.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

• No formal degree or diploma required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Experience

• Freshers welcome.
• 1–2 years in warehousing or retail is an advantage.
• Must be confident working in a physical, busy environment.

Licenses/Certificates

• Forklift license required.
• Reach truck license required.
• Training support available if licenses are pending renewal.

Skills

• Strong communication clear and direct.
• Good time management and planning.
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, twisting, moving).
• Good with tech basic understanding of stock systems.
