Responsibilities
- Help the Wealth/Retail team set up client meetings and events.
- Keep the sales team’s calendar up to date for smooth scheduling.
- Whip up reports for internal teams and clients with precision.
- Stick to Barings’ processes and procedures like clockwork.
- Sort out team expenses quickly and accurately.
- Liaise with clients on fund onboarding and handle their questions promptly.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally or pass them to the right team.
- Put together regular and one-off client reports as needed.
- Pitch in on regional office tasks, like sorting logistics for visitors.
- Plan itineraries for overseas team members or clients.
- Work with the marketing crew on events and promo materials.
- Tackle extra tasks that fit the role and business needs.
- Keep client and company info strictly confidential.
- Organize documents to keep team operations running smoothly.
- Update client databases to stay accurate and efficient.
Requirements
Education
A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a must. A local securities license is non-negotiable.
Experience
