Responsibilities

• Operate packing and production equipment during assigned shifts
• Load materials and supplies to keep machines running smoothly
• Watch for errors or irregularities and make small adjustments when needed
• Follow work instructions related to product handling and packaging
• Help maintain clean and organized workstations
• Participate in shift handovers and report any production concerns
• Stick to safety standards and use protective equipment correctly
• Inspect packed items for quality before final processing
• Label and move finished goods to designated areas
• Support team members and assist during material changes or line stops
• Follow scheduled maintenance and housekeeping routines
• Stay involved in ongoing improvements or feedback loops
• Record operational data where required
• Respond quickly to unexpected issues on the floor
• Keep open communication with supervisors and technicians

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

High school diploma preferred, but not mandatory

Experience

• Previous factory or warehouse experience is a bonus
• Beginners who are eager to learn are welcome

Skills

• Basic understanding of how machines work
