Job Title

Night Shift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and production equipment in accordance with established safety and operational protocols.
• Maintain high production efficiency by performing timely quality inspections.
• Follow on-site 6S standards including sorting, organizing, cleaning, and maintaining safety.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment or process abnormalities during shifts.
• Support material preparation and ensure continuous production flow.
• Complete all assigned training to maintain and enhance technical proficiency.
• Adhere to rotating night shift schedule (19:00–7:00), including rest days as per policy.
• Record production data accurately and submit daily reports as required.
• Support team goals through collaborative and independent work.
• Assist with implementation of process improvements as directed by supervisors.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and machinery.
• Comply with company policies, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Attend training sessions and safety drills regularly.
• Communicate clearly with team members across different departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education
