Mystery Shopper
Responsibilities
- Conduct mystery shopping trips to designated retail, hotel, and service sites.
- Evaluate and report on cleanliness, customer service, and product/service quality.
- Follow thorough project-specific instructions supplied by the firm.
- Observe and document staff behavior and interaction quality.
- Submit evaluation reports through the company platform in a timely manner
- Maintain secrecy and neutrality throughout visits.
- Ensure all tasks are performed accurately and objectively.
- Participate in training sessions if required for specific clients.
- Provide photos or receipts as part of some project requirements.
- Respond to follow-up queries about submitted reports.
- Maintain continuous communication with project coordinators.
- Verify that evaluation criteria align with actual customer experience.
- Represent the company professionally during all assignments.
- Manage assignment schedules independently.
- Adapt to varying evaluation scenarios and environments.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
No formal education required. High school diploma is a plus.
Experience
No prior experience necessary. Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous.
