Responsibilities

  • Plan local marketing campaigns for partnerships and online platforms.
  • Write and share marketing briefs, check copy, and sort out translations.
  • Approve ads and post website content.
  • Keep track of the marketing calendar and campaign reach.
  • Handle partnerships, tweak touchpoints, and answer questions.
  • Work with digital agencies on SEO, ads, and social media.
  • Report on how campaigns are doing and their return on investment.
  • Manage website and internal portal content.
  • Boost awareness for Hertz’s brands online.

Requirements

Education

A marketing degree or similar is preferred.

Experience

At least 3 years in marketing, especially travel or tourism.

  • Good at running marketing campaigns that work.
  • Knows digital platforms, ads, and partnerships.
  • Speaks and writes Japanese and English fluently.
  • Sharp eye for details in content and campaigns.
  • Can handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

  • Works solo or with a team easily.
  • Comfortable dealing with people across different roles and places.

Knowledge

  • Familiar with content management systems; HTML is a bonus.
