Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate promotional timelines.
- Handle media requests and organize content such as photos, brochures, and videos.
- Draft communication materials, ensuring all content is aligned with brand standards.
- Track and manage marketing stock including printed materials and giveaway items.
- Support the setup of influencer collaborations and brand activations.
- Respond to comments and messages across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Help manage content creation during photo or video shoots on site.
- Monitor competitor promotions and update monthly reports with observations.
- Organize press kit and media inspection paper.
- Stay up to date on trends in branding digital marketing and hospitality.
- Prepare internal documents such as procurement orders and payment.
- Work closely with the operation teams during marketing events and campaigns.
- Ensure content published online reflects each property’s identity and tone.
- Participate in social media scheduling and reporting when required.
- Provide updates to the marketing team regarding campaign outcomes and media outreach.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support role.
- Background in hospitality or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
Skills
- Good written communication
