Job Title

Machine Operator Powder Plant – Day Shift (6:00am–2:30pm)

Responsibilities

  • Run high-speed machines to pack powder products smoothly.
  • Tweak and set up lines for top performance.
  • Lift and shift 25kg loads when needed.
  • Keep the plant safe by sticking to health rules.
  • Spot and fix small machine issues on the fly.
  • Work solo or with mates to hit production goals.
  • Check product quality to meet Vitaco’s high standards.
  • Clean gear and workspaces to keep things GMP-compliant.
  • Report machine hiccups to supervisors quickly and smartly.
  • Suggest ways to make lines run faster or better.
  • Follow strict safety protocols in the plant.
  • Track output to ensure daily targets are smashed.
  • Handle raw materials with care to avoid waste.
  • Stay flexible for schedule or task changes.
  • Keep records tidy for production logs.

Requirements

Education

High School or Secondary School diploma required. No extra certifications needed.

Experience

No experience needed for starters. 1-2 years in food, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical manufacturing, especially in GMP settings, is a bonus.
