Responsibilities

• Keep the construction site tidy and safe.
• Move and lift materials around the job area.
• Use hand tools and equipment where required.
• Support tradesmen and machine operators.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site leaders.
• Stick to safety rules and help spot hazards.
• Take initiative and help without being told every time.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No formal education needed.

Experience

Prior construction or physical labour experience is preferred but not required.

Skills

• Physically fit for lifting, carrying, and outdoor work.
• Valid white card (or willing to get one).
• Manual driver’s licence is a bonus.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Reliable transport to and from the job site.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Knowledge
