Responsibilities

• Help clean, fuel, and maintain vehicles used by the company or team.
• Support trades such as painters, electricians, or carpenters with daily jobs.
• Move tools, supplies, or equipment between areas as needed.
• Assist with setting up barriers, cones, or signs for work zones.
• Help prepare work areas, including lifting or stacking materials.
• Operate tools or machines when trained, such as power washers or forklifts.
• Pitch in on clean-up duties, storm recovery, or other tasks as assigned.
• Follow directions from site leaders and stick to the plan each day.
• Report problems or safety concerns to supervisors.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No formal degree needed, but basic schooling helps

Experience

• Prior labor or construction experience is good to have, but not required
• If you’ve worked in a warehouse, factory, or similar environment, that’s a plus

Skills and Abilities

• Physically fit enough to lift, carry, and move equipment or supplies
• Willing to work outdoors and indoors depending on the day
• Comfortable using basic tools with guidance
• Can follow clear instructions and stay focused on assigned work
• Able to work as part of a group and support others as needed
• Shows up on time, prepared to work each shift

Knowledge

• Knowing how to clean or maintain tools.
• Understanding job site safety rules.
