Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean both residential and commercial structures.
- Clean the stairwells, corridors, and restrooms on a daily and occasional basis.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets with high-quality equipment designed for professionals.
- Follow certain procedures for cleaning the computer room and cleanroom.
- Take care of the debris removal and post-construction cleanup.
- Clean elevator interiors and escalators
- Gather, classify, and discard garbage in accordance with safety regulations.
- Clean common spaces and surfaces that are regularly touched.
- Restock toiletries and cleaning products.
- Inform supervisors of any maintenance concerns.
