Responsibilities
- Tidy and clean guest cabins and shared facilities
- Refill bathroom and kitchen items like towels and soap
- Report any broken items or needed repairs to the manager
- Handle waste responsibly and sort recyclables where needed
- Keep cleaning tools and supply areas organized
- Respect guest privacy while cleaning occupied rooms
- Stick to health and safety rules when using products or equipment
- Work with teammates to cover all cleaning shifts
- Check rooms for cleanliness after each guest leaves
- Use time wisely to meet deadlines on busy days
- Support occasional event setups or group bookings
- Follow instructions for deep cleans or special requests
- Help out with laundry and linen sorting if required
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
No degree needed; hospitality or cleaning certifications welcome
Experience
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred
- Newcomers considered if punctual and hardworking
Skills
- Good timekeeping
