Responsibilities
- Plant, harvest, and care for crops in accordance with daily guidelines.
- Arrange, package, and sort produce for local distribution or transportation.
- Equipment, storage spaces, and farming tools should all be cleaned and ready.
- If trained, operate basic farming equipment and tools.
- Ensure that the workspace is tidy and organized.
- Accurately follow team instructions and supervisor supervision.
- To prevent damage, make sure crops are handled gently.
- Work outside in different types of weather.
- Respect rotation guidelines and shift plans.
- During busy hours, assist with other farming tasks as required.
- When necessary, walk or ride a bicycle to and from the agricultural location.
- Observe safety procedures and quickly report any accidents.
- Help with seasonal duties like greenhouse maintenance or soil preparation.
- Observe health and hygienic guidelines while handling anything.
