Responsibilities

• Set up ATMs and point-of-sale systems at client sites.
• Fix small issues on equipment like PCs or printers.
• Swap out parts on ATMs or kiosks when they act up.
• Do regular check-ups to stop problems before they start.
• Chat with clients to sort out their concerns quick.
• Escalate tricky issues to the right team or manager.
• Keep tools and parts organized for every job.
• Log all work and expenses accurately every day.
• Drive to sites across the region, sometimes far.

Requirements

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is needed. An ITE or polytechnic cert in electronics or communications is a bonus.

Experience
