Job Title

Driver (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver fresh fruits and veggies to zoo sections daily.

  • Transport animals to and from Changi Airport safely.

  • Drop off key documents to places like AVA.

  • Keep the vehicle in tip-top shape for every trip.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.

  • Lift crates or supplies up to 25kg when needed.

  • Stick to tight schedules for morning deliveries.

  • Ensure safe driving practices on all routes.

  • Report vehicle issues or delays pronto.

  • Maintain clean and organized vehicle interiors.

  • Assist with zoo logistics during peak times.

  • Follow Singapore’s road and safety regulations.

  • Work weekends, public holidays, or shift hours.

  • Coordinate with zoo staff for smooth operations.

  • Keep delivery logs accurate and up to date.

Requirements

Education

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent required.

  • Class 4 driving license mandatory.

Experience

0–1 year in driving, logistics, or related roles preferred.

Skills

  • Safe and confident driving with Class 4 vehicles.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 25kg.

  • Team player to sync with zoo staff.

  • Clear communication for reporting issues.

  • Reliability to meet shift schedules.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Knowledge

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s road networks.

  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.

  • Awareness of zoo logistics or delivery workflows.
