Responsibilities:

  • Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery shops, and retail businesses.
  • Deliver things properly and on schedule to consumers in the Surrey area.
  • Follow comprehensive GPS routes and delivery instructions with the Zuppr Driver App.
  • Handle delivery products with care, guaranteeing no damages.
  • Manage delivery schedules properly to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain clear contact with dispatch and support teams when necessary.
  • Resolve minor consumer issues connected to delivery in a pleasant manner.
  • Monitor vehicle (if appropriate) for basic upkeep and cleanliness.
  • Attend virtual training sessions for app upgrades and safety requirements.
  • Report mishaps or delivery concerns to the support team quickly.
  • Use personal smartphone for route navigation and client engagement.
  • Optimize delivery routes to eliminate delays and boost efficiency.
