Responsibilities

  • Mix and pour concrete like a pro to hit project specs on time.
  • Shovel dirt, gravel, or asphalt to get sites prepped and cleaned up.
  • Hoist up to 100 lbs. of tools, materials, or supplies with grit.
  • Flag traffic to keep job sites safe and flowing smoothly.
  • Clean gear or play grease monkey to keep equipment in top shape.
  • Stick to OSHA and MSHA rules to keep the crew out of trouble.
  • Holler about hazards or issues to the boss faster than you can blink.
  • Pull night shifts, weekends, or overtime when the job’s on the line.
