Responsibilities
- Operate machines that cut and pack cheese
- Set up equipment before production begins
- Check weights and labels to make sure products meet the standard
- Clean machines and keep work areas tidy
- Move finished items to the storage area
- Load ingredients and packaging into machines when needed
- Follow food safety rules at all times
- Let supervisors know if anything isn’t working right
- Help teammates during busy shifts
- Keep a record of basic production numbers
- Stick to daily routines and processes
- Handle items with care to avoid damage
- Work in a chilled room for most of the shift
- Support other areas if needed
- Follow instructions from team leaders
