Those chosen for this position will join an internationally renowned team committed to providing exceptional air travel experiences. A minimum age of eighteen, proficiency in English, a kind disposition, and a customer-focused mindset are all necessary. To ensure adherence to aviation safety and emergency procedures, there are height requirements: a minimum of 1.58 meters for ladies and 1.65 meters for males. Responsibilities
- Ensure the cabin preparation is complete, and check safety equipment prior to take-off.
- Greet travelers with a friendly smile, provide assistance for their seating, and safe stowing of carry-on bags.
- Carefully and thoroughly explain and demonstrate safety protocols and recommended equipment use in case of emergencies.
- Actively monitor the cabin during the flight to ensure travelers’ comfort and service any urgent requests.
- Serve duty-free items, food, and beverages with precision and skill.
- Take charge using your fine judgment in the case of unattended or unplanned emergencies or situations.
- Administer first aid according to established procedures during in-flight circumstances when applicable.
- Assist, when possible and safe to do so, with travelers who may have special needs, such as elderly persons, persons with disabilities, or unaccompanied minors.
- Observe and obey all aircraft safety and security protocols each and every time.
- Contribute to a pleasant and safe travel experience for all customers.
Requirements
Education
- Minimum of 5 SPM credits (including English).
- Alternatively, 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits (including English) or Higher Nitec and above.
Experience
- No specific years of experience are strictly required.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is considered an advantage.
