Responsibilities
- Flash a big smile as you greet guests stepping off a shuttle, helping with check-in.
- Grab their bags and wheel them to rooms, pointing out the gym or Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki spots nearby.
- Wave goodbye to departing guests, helping load their taxi with a quick “come back soon.”
- Stash luggage in the storage room, keeping it safe and organized for easy grabs.
- Answer questions, like where to find a good sake bar or the nearest train to Miyajima.
- Team up with concierge to book a guest’s dinner or tour, making their day smooth.
- Tidy the lobby, wiping down counters or straightening chairs after a busy check-in.

- Sort out issues fast, like finding a lost backpack, and loop in the manager.
