Responsibilities

• Flash a big smile as you greet guests stepping off a shuttle, helping with check-in.
• Grab their bags and wheel them to rooms, pointing out the gym or Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki spots nearby.
• Wave goodbye to departing guests, helping load their taxi with a quick “come back soon.”
• Stash luggage in the storage room, keeping it safe and organized for easy grabs.
• Answer questions, like where to find a good sake bar or the nearest train to Miyajima.
• Team up with concierge to book a guest’s dinner or tour, making their day smooth.
• Tidy the lobby, wiping down counters or straightening chairs after a busy check-in.
