Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a grin, guiding them to a table in a buzzing outlet.
• Jot down orders, maybe suggesting a kaya toast dessert to cap their meal.
• Zip plates and drinks from the kitchen to tables, keeping food hot and drinks cold.
• Check in with diners, making sure their laksa is just spicy enough.
• Handle requests like swapping a dish for a vegan option or adding a birthday candle.
• Clear tables fast, wiping down spots to get ready for the next group.
• Team up with chefs and bartenders to keep orders rolling smoothly.
• Push specials, like a weekend dim sum deal, to spark interest.
• Keep the outlet clean, sweeping up crumbs or polishing cutlery.
• Ring up bills accurately, whether it’s cash or a quick card swipe.
• Answer menu questions, like explaining what’s in a chili crab dish.

Requirements

Education
