Responsibilities

• Hand-pick ripe citrus fruit from trees
• Climb ladders safely and efficiently during harvest
• Carry picking bags weighing over 15 kilograms
• Sort and handle fruit to avoid bruising or damage
• Follow supervisor instructions and daily targets
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Assist with basic site setup or equipment as needed
• Observe and follow all safety and hygiene protocols
• Report any hazards, injuries, or equipment issues promptly

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No formal education required

Experience

• No experience necessary – full training is offered
• Background in manual labor or farm work is helpful but not essential

Skills

• Physically fit and capable of repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in hot or cold conditions
• Able to lift 15 kg and climb ladders regularly
• Positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and focused during long shifts
