Responsibilities

• Participate in all safety initiatives, meetings, and risk assessments.
• Operate site machinery including forklifts and other heavy equipment.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checklists.
• Support storage and handling of agricultural commodities.
• Perform documentation and administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and order across site areas.
• Assist with supervision of casual team members during peak activity.
• Communicate operational updates to site leadership.
• Engage in scheduled and on-demand training programs.
• Uphold all company policies, safety rules, and procedural updates.
• Support weekend and overtime shifts during busy periods.
• Report any hazards, incidents, or site concerns immediately.
• Maintain accurate records related to equipment usage and activities.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, inclusion, and operational excellence.
• Participate in site improvement projects and audits.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

High School Certificate or equivalent.

Experience

Experience in operating forklifts or heavy machinery (preferred).

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Teamwork and the ability to work independently

• Basic administrative and reporting skills
• Ability to interpret supervisor instructions
