Responsibilities
- Pick and build customer orders onto pallets
- Use ride-on equipment (training is provided)
- Move and load cases weighing between 40–60 lbs
- Unload trailers and containers by hand
- Keep the workspace clear and safe
- Follow instructions and procedures as outlined
- Pitch in with cleaning tasks when spills happen
- Work on your feet throughout the shift
- Bend, reach, lift, and walk repeatedly
- Stick to timelines and shift schedules
- Communicate with team leads and coworkers when needed
- Attend training and safety briefings
- Stay alert and aware of surroundings in a busy facility
- Follow all safety rules and use PPE
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
High school diploma preferred but not required.
Experience
- No warehouse experience needed.
- Training will be provided on-site.
Skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs regularly.
- Can read and follow written instructions.
- Stays on task with minimal supervision.
- Shows up consistently and on time.
- Communicates clearly with others.
Knowledge
- Understands basic workplace safety
