Average workers pick 25–30 buckets daily. Some hourly picking or packing roles are available at $14.50 per hour including holiday pay. The position demands long hours, occasional 7-day weeks, and is vulnerable to weather. Candidates must be fit, capable of mounting a 9-foot ladder, and attentive. Responsibilities
