Responsibilities

  • Study welding blueprints and specs for accurate execution.
  • Operate manual and semi-automatic welding gear with precision.
  • Perform flux core arc welding and brazing on various metals.
  • Inspect welds to meet Bromer’s strict quality standards.
  • Fit and torch-straighten metal parts for perfect alignment.
  • Use arc welding and soldering machines for fabrication.
  • Handle aluminum alloys, steel, and heavy metals with care.
  • Conduct minor repairs on welding and brazing tools.
  • Operate hoists and lifting equipment for heavy components.
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized daily.
  • Support custom fabrication and assembly line tasks.
  • Adhere to Quebec’s workplace safety regulations.
  • Assist with field work across Quebec as required.
  • Report equipment issues or delays to supervisors quickly.

Requirements

Education
