Responsibilities

• Pick orders and pack them for customers.
• Fill out delivery papers and load trucks.
• Check and sign for goods coming in.
• Count stock regularly to keep track.
• Drive forklifts, like reach or counterbalance types.
• Track orders to make sure they go out right.
• Move products around the warehouse by hand.
• Follow safety rules every day.
• Use computers to enter data and manage orders.
• Work with teammates to keep things running.
• Keep the warehouse tidy and organized.
• Tell the boss about any broken tools.
• Handle goods carefully to avoid damage.
• Help train new workers if asked.
• Stick to safety and biosecurity rules.

Requirements

Education

 No degree needed; a high school certificate is good. A forklift license (reach or counterbalance) is a bonus.

Experience

 1-2 years working in a warehouse, including driving forklifts.

Skills

• Enter data correctly on computers.
• Talk clearly with teammates.
• Notice small details in orders and stock.
• Lift up to 25kg without trouble.
• Work safely at heights.

Knowledge:

• Know how warehouses run and stay safe.
• Understand tracking orders and deliveries.
• Some experience with SAP or similar systems helps.
• Be aware of workplace safety rules.
• Get how teams work in warehouses.
