Responsibilities

• Unload incoming deliveries and check them against the shipment list.
• Keep shelves stocked and organized based on product type and demand.
• Label and store items in the correct sections.
• Pull items from inventory based on pick lists or orders.
• Report missing or damaged goods to supervisors.
• Keep track of items using stock management systems.
• Carry out regular counts to ensure stock levels are accurate.
• Help prepare orders for dispatch.
• Follow warehouse safety rules and wear protective gear where needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the work area.
• Move materials within the warehouse when needed.
• Communicate with dispatch teams and update them on stock availability.
• Keep records of daily activities and hand over notes at shift end.
• Flag any slow-moving stock or overstock issues.
• Cooperate with team leads for smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

High school education or similar is required.

Experience

At least 2 years of work in a warehouse or logistics-related setting.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or manual stock tracking.
• Can lift and move items safely and quickly.
• Good at staying organized, even under pressure.
• Works well with others and communicates clearly.
• Comfortable using barcode scanners or hand-held devices.
• Can follow written and verbal instructions in Arabic and English.

Knowledge

• Familiar with stock control practices.
• Understands warehouse layout and storage methods.
• Basic grasp of safety guidelines in industrial settings.
• Able to rotate stock to keep it fresh and avoid waste.
• Knows how to spot delivery discrepancies.
• Familiar with warehouse documentation basics.
