Warehouse Assistant Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist the team leader in carrying out daily schedules and monitoring assignments.
• Help with the creation of materials and documentation for the daily operational briefings
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in order to preserve quality and safety.
• Assist in organizing incoming and outgoing orders to guarantee prompt delivery.
• Participate in inventory audits and address inconsistencies in documentation.
• Control the use of time and equipment to reduce delays and increase productivity.
• Make sure all warehouse records are correct and distributed to the appropriate parties.
• Encourage and uphold a hygienic, secure, and welcoming workplace.
• Adopt and implement the company’s values, culture, and sustainability programs.
• Enter, save, and help with reporting data in SAP systems (EWM, ECC).
• Participate in digital transformation projects and performance analytics

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

Experience
