Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to help both in the kitchen and the customer area:
Hall Duties
- Greeting guests and taking orders
- Serving food and drinks
- Handling cash and payments
- Preparing desserts and drinks
- Cleaning tables and maintaining the service area
Kitchen Duties
- Cooking and assisting with meal preparation
- Managing food delivery within the kitchen
- Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness
- Supporting overall kitchen operations
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus
- Willingness to work both in the kitchen and hall
- Team player with good communication skills
Education & Language
- Conversational Japanese (N2 level or above preferred)
- No specific academic degree required
