Responsibilities

• Green guests and serve vigilance in the dining room.
• Suggest acceptable food choices based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and drinks properly and quickly.
• Collaborate with PAK employees to guarantee food distribution on time.
• Keep cleanliness and organization of the restaurant before, before and after service.
• Follow the food safety procedures and hygiene requirements for Shangri-La.
• Help the supervisor with daily lunch service.
• Participate in the team’s efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No specific degree required. Hospitality training or certification is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter in a five-star hotel environment.
