Responsibilities
- Conduct text-based conversations with AI chatbots in Japanese and English
- Create diverse and realistic dialogues across various topics and scenarios
- Write model answers to prompts and questions for chatbot training
- Evaluate and compare chatbot responses to determine accuracy and relevance
- Perform research and verify facts to ensure response quality
- Provide constructive feedback to improve language model development
- Maintain consistency in tone, language style, and clarity
- Follow project-specific instructions and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with a remote team via digital platforms
- Manage workload independently and meet submission deadlines
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently enrolled)
Experience
Experience in tutoring, content writing, editing, or translation is preferred but not required
Skills
- Fluent written and spoken Japanese
- Fluent written and spoken English
- High-level grammar and syntax proficiency in both languages
- Research accuracy and fact-checking capability
- Comfortable with remote digital collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge
- Familiarity with chatbot or AI-based tools is a plus
- Understanding of language model behavior and user interaction patterns
- Awareness of current events, pop culture, and general knowledge domains
- Experience with educational content or conversational writing is helpful
- Cultural sensitivity when creating multilingual content
