Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions through calls, chats, or emails.
  • Help fix basic issues or point people to the right solution.
  • Review some content and make sure it follows rules.
  • Keep notes and update records for each case.
  • Follow all basic guidelines and training.
  • Join training sessions and keep login info safe.
  • Pass along any big issues to a manager if needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No formal education needed.

Experience

  • Not required.
  • If you’ve worked in customer service, great — if not, full training is given.

Skills

  • Can type and talk clearly.
  • Good listener.
  • Can stay calm with upset customers.
  • Able to multitask.

Knowledge

  • Using a basic computer.
  • Simple online tools (browsers, email, etc.).
