Job Title
Teaching Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Help the lead instructor with phonetics, reading, numeracy, and other assignments.
- When necessary, oversee and conduct small group meetings both within and outside of the classroom.
- Assist with classroom setup, which includes hanging student displays and cleaning up.
- Organize stockrooms and provide educational materials as required.
- When handling students and internal affairs, exercise tact and secrecy.
- Help with administrative duties, including making spreadsheets and copies.
- In the emergency, an emergency, a short teacher absence, follows the track.

- Participate in internal committees, participate in meetings, and perform other tasks as representatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
- Good general education background, especially in Mathematics and English
- . No specific diploma or degree is required, but relevant education in childcare or teaching is an advantage.
Experience
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or working with children is preferred. No strict experience requirement, but 1 to 2 years will be considered a plus.
- Good in writing and speaking English.
Skills
- Basic understanding of ICT and the capacity to use technology in the classroom.
- Good in working with others and doing more than one thing at once.
- Ability to be focused and patient when things get tough.
- A good attitude for working with others and helping them grow.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of the early years or primary school curriculum.
- Knowledge of phonetics and how children grow and learn in their early years.
- Basic knowledge about how to protect children and keep them secure.
- Knowing how to handle a classroom.
- Knowing about the rules for keeping things private in schools.
