Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a technical maintenance team
- Oversee daily operations of MEP systems (HVAC, CRAC, UPS, water systems, fire protection, BMS)
- Handle and resolve client requests or on-site issues
- Perform regular equipment control and inspection.
- Make sure sellers and contractors meet security and quality standards
- Care both preventive and therapeutic maintenance tasks.
Manage basic administrative duties such as billing support and attendance records - Respond to system alarms and handle emergency situations
- Monitor and maintain facility-related assets and cleanliness standards
- Draft and analyze incident reports to identify root causes
- Coordinate internal relocations or changes involving technical setup
- Maintain service documentation and work records
- Support shutdown activities and project works
- Ensure compliance with all safety and facility policies
- Maintain a consistent standard of customer service and professionalism
Requirements
Education
- Technical diploma or degree preferred
- Valid Class C or higher license (wiring, refrigeration, air conditioning)
Experience
Over 5 years in a facility maintenance or supervisory role
