Responsibilities
- Receive incoming items and route them to the right place
- Track inventory as it moves in and out of hotel storage areas
- Keep shelves organized and stock updated regularly
- Flag slow-moving stock to avoid extra spending
- Use the internal system to place and manage supply orders
- Support with monthly and quarterly stock checks
- Make sure storage areas meet safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with purchasing and kitchen teams to align needs
- Handle deliveries in line with company procedures
- Record damages or missing items during unloading
- Ensure records match physical inventory
- Assist team members who need support with supply requests
- Stay alert to expiry dates and storage requirements
- Maintain a clean and efficient working area
- Help with basic training for new staff when needed
Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma required
- Any certificate in stock control or supply chain is helpful
Experience
- At least 1 year working in a similar role
- Experience in hotel operations is a bonus
Skills
- Organized and efficient with daily tasks

- Good at following processes and keeping things tidy
