Service Technician Leeden National Oxygen Ltd Singapore

Leeden National Oxygen Ltd is looking to hire a full-time Service Technician to join our team in the West Region of Singapore (Pioneer). The role includes the installation and service of industrial safety equipment on site, including horizontal lifeline and ventilation machines. Monthly salary SGD varies from 2300 to 3000 SGD. You will also support the sales team by demonstrating products to customers and addressing technical inquiries. Candidates must be comfortable working in heights, a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driver’s license, and they should have skills on strong hands. GCE “O” Level minimum qualification is required. Strong communications and mutual abilities are necessary for the role of this support support.

Service Technician.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site installation of horizontal lifeline systems.
• Service and maintain industrial ventilation machines on client premises.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.
• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of safety equipment.
• Assist sales executives in responding to customer inquiries and conducting sales presentations.
• Ensure all service activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain tools and service equipment in good working condition.
• Provide accurate service reports and documentation after each job.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Minimum GCE “O” level required.

Experience

No specific years of experience required, but prior hands-on experience in technical or service roles is a plus

Skills

• Able to perform installation and servicing of mechanical equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in conducting technical product demonstrations.
• Good coordination and understanding of safety protocols.
• Proficient in basic documentation and reporting.

Knowledge

• Understanding of fall protection systems and safety standards.
• Familiarity with mechanical ventilation systems.
• Safe work practices when working at heights.
• Basic mechanical and electrical repair knowledge.
• Customer service principles and presentation techniques.

Other Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work at heights.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 or 3A Singapore driving license.
• Strong physical fitness and willingness to travel for on-site jobs.
