Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and trailers for fruit transport (Driver)
• Pick mangoes efficiently and safely from orchards
• Pack mangoes in a fast-paced environment (Packer)
• De-sap mangoes on trailers to prepare for processing
• Prepare and cook meals in bulk for harvest workers (Cook)
• Follow food safety standards and dietary needs (Cook role)
• Assist with general farm duties as required
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and shared spaces
• Work in hot, humid conditions for extended periods
• Follow safety instructions and report any hazards

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No formal education required

Experience

• Previous experience in fruit picking, packing, cooking, or farm labor preferred
• Familiarity with machinery or tractor driving is beneficial

Skills

• Ability to lift 10–15 kg safely
• Comfortable working in hot outdoor conditions
• Quick hands and attention to detail (Packer role)
• Basic cooking and meal preparation for large groups
• Good communication and ability to follow directions

Knowledge

• Understanding of farm safety and hygiene practices
• Knowledge of packing line procedures (advantageous)
• Awareness of mango allergies and proper handling
