BIOTRONIK
A Production Assembly Operator is needed for BIOTRONIK’s plant in Singapore. It is a full -time role that is best suited for people with experience with production or cleansing settings. Everyone is part of the job, operation and maintenance of different types of production processes that are followed by strict quality, hygiene and safety rules. The candidates should be able to follow the exact papers, keep a deep eye on the expansion and be ready to learn new techniques. It will be helpful to have prior production or cleanroom experience.

Job Title
Production Assembly Operator.
Responsibilities
- Execute production tasks following established working instructions and hygiene guidelines.
- Operate machines and complete process steps autonomously under prescribed training levels.
- Monitor and report deviations in process, quality, safety, or equipment calibration.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the given workspace.
- Contribute significantly to team morale and working environment.
- Perform cross-trained tasks across multiple production steps.
- Follow cGMP and safety protocols diligently.
- Minimize material waste through process awareness.
- Support additional operational tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Assist in equipment handling and inspection.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Maintain a safe physical working environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
Completed professional education preferred (e.g., diploma or technical certification)
Experience
- Experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment preferred
- Prior exposure to machine handling, inspection, or medical device production is advantageous
Skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Manual dexterity for precision assembly work
- Time management and task organization
- Basic mechanical or technical aptitude

Knowledge
- Familiarity with cGMP and cleanroom protocols.
