Job Title
Registered Nurse – Study and Work Program (USA Placement).
Responsibilities
- Enroll and complete a structured one-year study program to transition into U.S. hospital systems.
- Upon successful completion of the course, transfer and work to top -level hospitals throughout the United States.
- Provide patient -centered, culturally competent care in interdisciplinary health teams.
- Collaborate with doctors, experts and administrative personnel to offer high quality health services.
- Maintain high standards for clinical practice while adapting the US health protocol.
- Continue professional development and stay updated with global nursing standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Must hold a valid NCLEX Certification.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a hospital.
Skills
- Strong English communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- The capacity to prioritize patient care duties and effectively manage time.
- Flexibility in a variety of job environments and an openness to learning.
Knowledge
- Understanding of nursing practices, ethics, and procedures as per international standards.
- Familiarity with NCLEX standards and U.S. healthcare policies.
- Basic knowledge of clinical technologies, electronic medical records, and patient care protocols.
- Awareness of immigration and licensing procedures for working nurses in the United States.
