Guilds is looking for a Recruiting Intern to join its team in Tokyo. This is a hybrid internship open to students who are passionate about people, organization, and creating strong teams. You’ll help run the recruitment and onboarding process for student ambassadors and interns. It’s a hands-on role not just observing, but doing. From screening applicants to managing internal communication, your input will help shape a fast-growing, global student movement. No specific degree required. You’ll learn on the job, work with motivated people, and even earn commission for engaging new participants. Flexible schedule and great exposure to top-tier firms in finance and business.

Responsibilities
- Help recruit student interns and brand ambassadors.
- Manage onboarding and organize internal docs.
- Track team progress and follow up on tasks.
- Keep internal chats and comms flowing smoothly.
- Assist with structure planning as the org grows.
- Contribute to a supportive and fun team culture.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
No formal degree or diploma required.
Experience
Experience in HR, recruitment, or student societies is a plus but not essential.
Skills
- Great at follow-up
- Clear communicator
- Basic planning and coordination
- Friendly and proactive
- Comfortable in group chats or calls
- Good written English
Knowledge
- Basics of recruitment and onboarding
- Team collaboration tools (e.g. Google Docs, Sheets)
- Social media or digital outreach
- Event coordination (even student-level)
- How to keep things organized in a remote setting
- Awareness of student life and university clubs
