Responsibilities

50% – Brand and Product Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of PH Value 2.0: new product. platforms, bundled value strategies, and ways to outsmart the competition
  • Manage end-to-end NPD (new product development): from concept to post-launch tracking.
  • Lead ATL/BTL campaign execution: digital, CRM, PR, POSM, and in-store materials.
  • Build data-based proposals using financial analysis and market research.
  • Launch and oversee research initiatives that help shape brand thinking.

30% – Agency and Performance Management

  • Work closely with agencies to ensure they deliver creative, insight-driven work.
  • Weekly tracking of media KPIs: CPM, ROAS, CPE, etc.
  • Track sales performance, flag issues early, and suggest action plans if needed.

20% – Budget & Support

  • Keep tight control of the A&P budget.
  • Assist the marketing manager with reports, meetings, and any urgent tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required
  • MBA preferred

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • FMCG or retail industry experience is a big plus.
  • Proven record in new product development, brand strategy, and cross-functional projects.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Confident making sense of research and drawing insights.
  • Commercial sense and creative instinct balance between data and gut.
  • Experience the projects and work with agencies.
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Written and said fluent English and Chinese.
