Responsibilities

  • Handle booking and cancellation requests with accuracy and care.
  • Answer 15–25 phone calls a day, sorting out guest inquiries quickly.
  • Keep guest details and support records up to date in the database.
  • Help property hosts with questions about their listings.
  • Enter data carefully to keep everything organised and error-free.
  • Tackle general admin tasks to support the team’s flow.
  • Double-check booking details to avoid any slip-ups.
  • Offer hosts tips to improve their property listings.
  • Log call details and support notes for tracking purposes.
  • Fix small issues fast to keep customers happy.
  • Work 8-hour shifts (with a 1-hour break) between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
  • Stay professional and approachable on every call.
  • Pitch in to meet the team’s service quality targets.

Requirements

Education

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is all that’s needed to apply.
  • A certificate in customer service or admin work is a nice bonus.

Experience

  • 1 year in a call centre or customer support job is preferred, in any industry.
  • No experience required if you’re organised and eager to learn.
  • Some background in data entry or admin tasks is a plus.

Skills

  • Good with basic computer tasks, like touch typing and data entry.
  • Clear and friendly when talking or emailing customers.
  • Solid organisational skills to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Able to stay calm and professional when things get busy.
  • Team player who works well with others on shift.
  • Flexible to work varying shifts from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Knowledge

  • Basic know-how of customer service processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with booking or reservation systems is handy.
