Responsibilities
- Weld metal tanks using GMAW to match customer specs.
- Check blueprints and weld symbols to nail every job.
- Set up welding rigs and materials for steady work.
- Inspect welds and flag any duds right away.
- Keep the shop floor clean and safe after shifts.
- Hit daily production targets to keep orders moving.
- Give tools a once-over before firing them up.
- Stick to ISO rules for top-shelf quality.
- Toss ideas around in team huddles.
- Lift heavy steel and handle repetitive tasks.
- Report dodgy materials to the shift boss.
- Work with the crew to sort out material needs.
- Shift gears when priorities change in the plant.

Requirements
Education
CWB certification or welding diploma preferred.
Experience
