Responsibilities
- Arrange and participate in consultations with physicians and pharmacists.
- Within the designated area, advertise the company’s main medicinal items.
- Make sure to follow up with medical professionals on a frequent basis.
- To establish confidence, provide medical information in an honest and open manner.
- Plan weekly visits and report performance against KPIs.
- Keep records of all sales activities and calls made.
- When needed, assist in setting up product talks or seminars.
- Keep abreast of shifts in local market demands and prescription trends.
- Keep an eye on rival activities and modify your strategy as needed.
- Work together on feedback and sales plan with the larger team.
- Report product or customer-related concerns quickly.
- Handle samples and marketing materials responsibly.
- Inform the internal teams of field updates.
- Represent the brand with professionalism at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education
A background in Medical or Pharmaceutical Sciences is required
Experience
2 to 3 years of work in pharma sales, ideally in the Qatar healthcare sector
Skills
- Confident communicator
- Organized and able to manage territory independently
- Comfortable with sales targets
- Strong presentation skills
- Basic computer skills for reporting
- Fluent in Arabic and English
Knowledge
- Familiarity with prescription drug regulations in Qatar
- Understanding of common therapeutic areas like gastro or cardio
- Sales process in pharmaceutical environments
- Customer behavior and trust-building in medical sales
- Local market dynamics and hospital networks
- Ethical selling and regulatory limitations
