Responsibilities
- Care for a 10-month-old baby throughout the day
- Plan daily routines with play, naps, and feeding
- Keep the baby’s areas clean and organized
- Prepare bottles, baby snacks, and simple meals
- Bathe and dress the child as needed
- Wash and fold baby laundry
- Support early learning through play
- Keep the kitchen tidy after use
- Drive the child to appointments or local activities
- Occasionally help with light pet care (dog walking)
- Follow the child’s routine closely and adjust as needed
- Provide a safe, calm, and nurturing atmosphere
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Childcare training or CPR/First Aid is a plus
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with infants or toddlers
Skills
- Good communication and clear boundaries
- Kind, attentive, and patient
- Comfortable managing daily routines without supervision
- Quick to notice changes in mood or behavior
