Responsibilities

• Load, and move the material within or near the construction site.
• Transport materials from storage or work areas using handcarts, wheelbarrows, or other equipment.
• Use equipment such as Bobcats and Lulls as needed.
• Help with selective demolition and concrete placement.
• Flag traffic or equipment as needed for website security.
• Raise and move heavy objects with your hand or powerhouse.
• Clean work areas, machines, and equipment using dust, hoses, or blowers.
• Spade or rake loose ingredients such as dirt, sand, and gravel.
• Follow all security guidelines and instructions from supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

No formal education or diploma required.

Experience

No prior experience required, but previous construction or labor experience is a plus.

Skills

• The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable with hand equipment and basic construction equipment.
• Good communication and desire to learn.
• Reliable appearance and strong functioning morals.
• The ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

Knowledge

• Basic understanding of the safety of the security site.
• Awareness of the right lifting techniques.
• Knowledge of the way of using wheelbarrows, handcars, and similar tools.
• The ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
