An opportunity is open for a full-time Interior Designer II to join Omrania’s design team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This job is on-site and is best for people who have a lot of experience with interior design and delivering technical projects. The best candidate will have at least five years of experience, one of which must be in the GCC, and a good understanding of architectural and interior design standards. For this job, you need to be very good with BIM workflows, pay attention to details, and work well with others on projects.

Responsibilities
- Support project development from early concept through to construction documentation.
- Follow timelines and meet design submission deadlines.
- Ensure project quality meets Omrania’s standards.
- Translate creative ideas into accurate design drawings and documents.
- Collaborate with senior designers, managers, and technical staff.
- Prepare graphical presentations, models, and design reports.
- Take ownership of allocated design tasks under guidance from IDIII or senior team members.
- Participate in developing project deliverables and ensuring their accuracy.
- Maintain BIM model quality and support BIM coordination processes.
- Work on cross-disciplinary coordination with in-house and external consultants.
- Apply a solution-oriented mindset to resolve design and technical challenges.
- Review materials and participate in code compliance research.
- Adhere to the BIM execution plan and ensure documentation follows set guidelines.
- Assist in mentoring junior designers and supporting team development.
- Contribute to internal meetings and design workshops.
- Maintain an organized approach to workload, task tracking, and deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in interior design
- At least 1 year of experience working in the GCC region
Skills
- A lot of experience with BIM systems and digital design tools
- Being able to speak and write English clearly
- Ability to work along with people from different departments
- Able to write detailed design and technical documents
- Strong visual presentation and layout skills
Knowledge
- Familiarity with international design codes and standards
- Understanding of architectural and interior design principles
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and building systems
- Competency in project documentation and delivery workflows
- Basic understanding of construction and site coordination
- Insight into project scheduling and resource planning
