Responsibilities

• Set up guest rooms to resort standards, making beds and arranging furniture.
• Clean floors, windows, and walls to keep rooms spotless and welcoming.
• Stock up on linens, towels, and amenities to avoid any shortages.
• Tidy public areas like lobbies and corridors, keeping them pristine.
• Sanitize high-touch spots like door handles and lifts throughout the day.
• Respond fast to guest requests for extra towels or toiletries.
• Team up with housekeeping mates to tackle cleaning and laundry tasks.
• Report any broken items or maintenance issues to the supervisor sharpish.
• Handle light fixes like changing bulbs or flagging bigger problems.
