- Set up guest rooms to resort standards, making beds and arranging furniture.
- Clean floors, windows, and walls to keep rooms spotless and welcoming.
- Stock up on linens, towels, and amenities to avoid any shortages.
- Tidy public areas like lobbies and corridors, keeping them pristine.
- Sanitize high-touch spots like door handles and lifts throughout the day.
- Respond fast to guest requests for extra towels or toiletries.
- Team up with housekeeping mates to tackle cleaning and laundry tasks.
- Report any broken items or maintenance issues to the supervisor sharpish.
